Common questions
The camera isn't counting my reps. Place your phone about 6 feet away, leaning against something steady, in good light, so your whole body (or upper body in seated routines) is in view. Some moves show a tip about where to put the phone.
Is my camera video uploaded? No. Pose detection runs on your phone and no video or body data is sent anywhere. See the Privacy Policy.
How do I cancel my subscription? Open Settings on your iPhone → tap your name → Subscriptions → PetFit. Deleting the app does not cancel it.
How do I restore a purchase? Open Profile in the app and choose Restore purchases.
How do I delete my account and data? Open Profile → "Delete my account & all data". You can also email us to request it.
I'm tired or missed a day. Use Flex Mode for a gentle stretch that keeps your streak. Your pet is just resting, never upset.
